Wish I could get some & help you out. My daughter went to Costa Rica on a mission trip last summer. Our church has a campus there & has a trip every few months. BTW, they love face painting! She took a snaz kit & had a blast!

I don't know much about the tooth stuff, but the face paint is water based. I've used it before when I've needed to buy paint locally & it was all I could find.

Yes, I have it and it is water based. It just doesn't have as good of coverage. I kept it around for when volunteers helped me paint. It was more sanitary than giving them a kit. The average person doesn't know how to keep the kit sanitary so it was nice to be able to squirt a little in the kit as they needed it and the rest of the paint was never contaminated.
