Thanks for putting the pics up. I have to look at Geekophiles step by step on the pics, I still have not figured that out either Embarassed

I love that...I have a fat max, but I put it to my left, and it houses the glitter for the tattoos, and all our other stuff, my daughter sits to it's right, and has the compressor to do airbrushing and glitter tatoos, then I was setting up a small table to my right, and had to take all the paint out, set it up, and get it all to fit, and I just can't ever seem to get it right before someone comes to sit down and get painted. I would gladly pull one more case with wheels on it if I could just open it and have my paints ready to go. Do you put the lids on, or leave them off? I am still not crazy about leaving my lids off.

FP MOM, I don't lid (you could, but I am trying to de-busy myself). I spray my paints w/a disinfectant when starting, and then w/water--so they are not rock hard. I cover w/a black terry-cloth towel when I pack up to prevent any little drips migrating.

Monna---It's probably (not sure, never had a fat-max) similar in weight, but an easier configuration to lift.BUT...if you don't pack as much as me...I just hate trying to track down things to get out the door & prefer the inconvenience of a heft into the car and later onto the table. (At 57 & more grandma than svelte, it's really not so bad.) I can do my chair bag on one arm & drag this) (And I often have gentlemen volunteer give me a hand.)

For those looking for a cost effective way to store paints- I got a rolling stanley tool box from walmart for $20! I just love good deals! So far it has done pretty well! It has a normal 2 layer tool box on top and then a large open bottom that slides down to open which works great for my palletes, books, and larger things in general!

My box is a mess, sorry should have cleaned it up a little before, but oh well!!

I use "beautysoclean" pricey (I thought) but lasts forever as it mists out very fine. It's paid for itself many times over by the fact that it sits in view and impresses...(I think I'd personally be fine with just a watered down vinegar solution like I use for cleaning at home otherwise...) I usually spray before I start, when I finish and sometimes between kids...(to look busy while I wait for the next kiddo to be helped into my chair/or maybe I had a little one with a sniffy nose, etc.)
