Ya'll did great with this very difficult challenge. I found this one to be the hardest. Many of my Neons are not true UV paints & it was hard working with the few I had. I felt very limited. I'm so thankful for the challenge because now know I have a very weak area I need to improve upon. I tried & tried but couldn't get the effects I was looking for(something ghost like). I gave up & did my old fall backs(flowers & tigers:-). Ah... something to strive for....
