It's a very pretty site... the two things that I'd say:

1. The bar on the right side is very large and has A LOT of links in it, it's kind of daunting really, can you just have the menu bar at the top?

2. Your "Services & Rates" page has your services listed, but says to contact you for rates... I'd just call the page "Services" ... you could put a link at the bottom of every page that says "Contact me for rates" with a link to your email and/or your phone number listed there.

ok, one more LITTLE thing... the picture of you on the about me page, you're not smiling!! I know we don't smile a lot of the times when we're painting because we're concentrating so much, but if you can get one with you smiling while you paint, it would be better Wink As soon as I sense a camera pointed at me, I try to force a smile Very Happy

Perry pretty much nailed it...I would probably do some adjustments as Perry suggested, other than that it looks great!

Loving the black background and simple layout - but also agree with Perry about all the info on the right. Well done

It looks great Gina, I also was wondering about the bar on the right, is is distracting me LOL

Sent you a pm last night.

Ruth, I sent you 2 last night, did you get them, for some reason when I look for them on my set box they aren't there...weird.

I tried, but I was using Wordpress which is meant to be used to build a blog. I don't like it either. I'm going to try to get into the code and see if I can get rid of it from there.

You're right. I guess it's because I keep wavering on putting rates on there. I'm still kind of wavering on rates!

Great point! It's the only one I have right now where I'm actually painting but I will try to get another one where I'm smiling!

Thanks so much for your suggestions!!

WooHoo! I did it! I got rid of the sidebar! I'm so proud of myself. Laughing

Now, I just have to figure out how to change it so there isn't a big blank spot there.
