made a brush holder

Post by nancy! on Sat Mar 05, 2011 8:19 am

I made a brush holder with a towel. I'm so happy with it! Picked the idea somewhere from the internet. Folded a black towel, stitched straight lines and some ribbons and that's it. It looks greyish on the photo because of the flash, but it's black. When I have painted somewhere I put my brushes in it, doesn't mind if they are still a bit wet. At home I clean the brushes and throw the towel in the washing machine. Very Happy

That's a really good idea--I've been thinking I want a brush holder, but I don't want to pay loads =D

Wow now this is genius!!! I wish I hadn't gone out and bought one two weeks ago. Thank goodness it was only like 7 bucks. I like this idea better. It seems more compact. AnD I love the idea that it can be washed. Hope you don't mind if I make one for myself.
