Kitten + Pile of Twisted balloons = Hysterically Funny

I was practicing my balloon twisting & my kitten got a little too interested. He dove into the pile of balloons claws extended. The popping surprised him so bad it was as if he disappeared, he ran so fast!
Where's a video camera when you need one?

Awe that is too funny! Our little mini bunny hates the sound of you twisting balloons. Poor thing I think it is because she goes into shock and thinks the kids are coming LOL! She starts hopping frantically in her cage. I feel bad for her. What is that called...oh yeah post traumatic stress. Now little kitty will have it too.

Two of our cats love when I pull out the balloons. Our orange kitty, Thor is absolutely fascinated and will try to catch them and play with them.
Our dog on the other hand, runs and hides when the balloons are out. He can't stand the sound of the twisting, and forget it if one pops!

LOL, leave it to a kitty with the name of Thor to be brave! My dog is the same way, he's scared of everything! Even the cats!

Hehe.....he is named for the God of Thunder! And he behaves like his namesake.
Smitty on the other hand, our white and gray cat, is just as he sounds. A drunk Irishman.
Copper, the dog, big scaredypup. Such a baby.
Banshee, not at all like her namesake. Timid little thing, though she does have a big voice when it comes to food.
It's a zoo around here.

The first two also like to play and chew on uninflated balloons, I don't know why.
And once I found Smitty curled up in my closet, in a pile of balloons.
