Ooh, replies! Thank you for the feedback - but I'm not done yet

I'd designed that postcard sized for Vista Print, figuring it was standard postcard size...but it's not. (FYI, VP postcards are 5.5" X 4 4/8", not 6" X 4" like you'd think. Or maybe that's just me?)

I'm planning on ordering these ones from a local place (they do deliver, so far as I know - www.jukeboxprint.com - 5000 4X6 flyers on sale for $159!) and realised that their postcards actually are 4X6.

Just moving the design over looked squashed since I had less width and more length for a vertical card, so I've come up with a redesign. Unfortunately I had to change my one-liner because it wouldn't fit...

Let me know what you think of this design? Info is all the same. There is still room for bleed etc around the edges.

...and we don't think that having the Cat on there poses an issue re licensing etc?

So I should change the "&" to "and" to keep it the same as the other "and"(lol) and maybe line up the "www." and ".com" on the front a bit better...

would it be too much to book end the logo on the back with .com etc as well?

I think so...it's already on the front...

@Kristal, if Spiderman is an issue, I can't imagine that The Cat in the Hat wouldn't be. However, it depends on the aggressiveness of the company. We know Disney/Marvel is very protective, Dr. Suess Enterprises is likely not going to allow their image to be used for a commercial purpose, either, but whether they're as aggressive in seeking out logo infringement...who knows.

Good point. Okay, last minute call-to-arms via a note on Facebook - the offering of a complimentary belly painting should warrant a few inquiries - even if it's for next week, haha.
