Loki says hello from Detroit

I'm a clown, Loki is my name,I live near Detroit and i'm interested in learning to face paint. I have no idea where or how to start. I want to be able to do the advanced faces before I try doing this for money. I have my two daughters to practice on and I even got my wife interested in doing this to make money. Shes not into the clown thing (yet) but, she supports what I do. I can juggle, ride a unicycle,do sideshow stunts, and make some balloon animals, I'm not ready to do parties and events yet. I went to mooseburgers clown camp last year, and will be going back this year. I'm a shriner, and i'm in the clown unit, I did the Toledo and Detroit circus this year, a bunch of parades and some other events. My favorite was the flight to the north pole, where we got on an airplane and flew to the north pole to meet santa. The children loved it and we made them forget there problems for that day. I really want to be a Ringling clown and I will be trying out this year, I think my age will be working aginst me, but I have to atleast try. I would appreciate any advice of what to get as far as products, any classes, how to learn etc. I seen face painters do some amazing faces and very quickly at events I have attended. I hope to be able to learn that skill as well.
