I used that kind of water dispenser when I worked at the zoo so thats why I went with that. I think it probably works just as well as any others but its more for show for the parents and whatnot, gives the illusion of sparkly clean water. In reality, you have to take the bottle off, drain the well, and wipe out the paint stuck to it before the water will run clear again. Just pushing the button will give you cleanish water but not clear. This may sound like a lot but it only takes a few seconds, I generally have time to do it while someone is getting into the chair and explaining what they want. Most of the time I don't bother doing more than pushing the button unless its getting really black. The only really annoying this I've run across with it is that I've had little kids that like to push the button when the water is slightly behind me/out of my sight and they will just keep on going until all the water is empied from the bottle and then I end up with no water and have to run to refill it. This has only happened twice so far and I'm trying to keep a closer eye on it now.....

I gave the rest of my new kit a test run this Sat and had two problems...three of my Snaz paints had fallen out of their tubs when I opened my paint box, not sure how to fix that, and I realized my board cannot withstand 40mph winds. Good thing I brought along duct tape...

Great, very organized setup JinkxyKitten. I always take way too much stuff, so it's helpful for me to see how others set up. Thanks!

whoa. I need to work on that next I guess. I carry all my things pishposh in a pirate suitcase with wheels! lol
My paint palettes I keep in a tupperware container and just spread out to make myself at home. I coudl totally update that by looking at the other setups. so neat and tidy!
i carry duct tape to, and a banner, plus sharpies and paper and pen. a small white board would be great to though, I do alot of names.
THANK YOU for sharing!!

That is a great set up. I like the display board. Im working out how to deal with the whole "display board falling over in the wind" thing.

Let me know how it goes.... hehee! I am going to look at some older posts to find some wisdom...
But love the set up!!!
YAY!

I like your set up idea. I use a cloth board with weather outdoor material that has velcro to stick pictures to and remove as needed. I built it out of pvc tubing for plumbing and then spray painted it. Its like a big rectangle with a bar to slide the fabric onto on top and bottom.. It rocks in the wind but has yet to fall over a nice wide base stops the wind for sure but a few kids have fell on it and the pvc did not hold up to a child pushing it over and falling into it. they didnt get hurt or anything but the screwed down pvc ripped off the particle board on the base Grrr... wish parents would stop kids from touching the face paint stuff!
