Inexpensive sponges at dollar tree

Post by SweetCreationz on Tue May 31, 2011 4:30 pm

I bought some sponges that look similar to the ones purchased on silly farm. I tried one with one of my cakes and they worked great. Cheap deal just cut them up. The texture is not as soft as the others but its still good quality.

I buy my car wash sponges at dollar tree. they aren't as soft either, however I prefer a stiff sponge. I will look for some of those next time I go

I just bought 3 bags of those. The cloud shape makes a great stamp for me because I make horrible clouds. My daughter was stamping things all over her leg.

I have the same ones.. the triangle is hard to use, but the heart, grapes(i bought the other shaped ones as well) whale and circles are all great for getting into the corners of the eye easily. Also, girls LOVE the heart sponge. go figure.
