Doing a happy dance!

Post by Denise Cold on Tue Jun 07, 2011 3:20 am

Metina,

Absolutely fabulous order...so quickly that I missed it on Friday and the %*(@ postman gave me a pickup notice for Monday! I love, love, love the TAG paints, especially the one stroke. I've already used them to make a video for Clayton's Marvelous Mask contest on youtube. (I gave you a shout-out in one of them.)

I'm so excited now for the Summerfest booth this weekend. I was debating for weeks about getting the paints but I'm so thrilled with how they go on and the colors. I'll have to write up a post with pictures soon.

I popped all the bubble wrap in celebration when I opened them up in the parking lot of the post office.

Denise

I really like them as well. And LOVE the pearl colors (thanks to maggie for recommending them!!!!)

Great start on your website.

On your party idea page, how did you get the colors on the girl's face to blend so beautifully?
Love the clouds as well. I REALLY struggle with clouds.....

Actually Kat, that's not mine. I'm glad you pointed it out. Used it as a place marker and forgot to change it.

Oh, well... *s*

I still love the blending!

I usually use splits, or - put two or more colors on my sponge to get a good blend. I'm not all that good at using single colors and then blending.
practice - said the wise man... *heh*

Good luck!

Kat,

I found Hazel Wood on YouTube and followed her husband's link. Her stuff looks airbrushed. Looks like she's getting the whole family involved!
