Haven't taken the opportunity to introduce myself yet!

Just wanted to officially introduce myself. I am currently in South Jersey and have been face painting for my husband's business for about 8 years now. Just recently got my own website and have found that my business has really grown! I mainly do birthday parties, communions and such. My husband and I are constantly talking about how to further grow my business and (hopefully) be able to seriously cut down on my other job (I'm a massage therapist)!

I haven't posted any of my pics on the site yet. I am really intimidated by the AMAZING work you all do! When I do shows I have some people ask me if I am an artist... I always reply, "not really". I never studied art, just took some One-Stroke classes and love to practice.

So - "Hello" to all my fellow FPers! I hope to get to know you and hopefully meet some of you at a class in the future! Speaking of which - anyone able to take Pashur's class in Philly on Aug. 4th? I am looking forward to being there and learning more!

thanks everyone. I just looked at my website again, and after looking at everyone's work, I must say I have to do some updating!! The cheek art designs are some that I did years ago, when that's all I did! In fact most of those children in those pics are so much older now! LOL
I am sitting here at my desk and telling my hubby to please put up some new pics!

Laurie and Helena - thanks for the compliments on the flower masks. That was done at a Girl Scout troup meeting for one of my friends. I think it was a fine arts badge? I had just gotten a mask book from Kapital Kidvention and wanted some willing faces!

I have a new camera on its way here as we speak and just made some split cakes, so I will see what I can do with them and actually post some pics!
