Hi from Grande Prairie Alberta

So how to start Hummmmm My name is Karen ( Kdee99) I'm new to the business of face painting but have done tons of Halloween faces through the years and a few face painting gigs for charitys. I've painted T-shirts all my life (which seems like a loooong time) and find the ideas are similar. I discovered this site over a year ago and just love it. I'm an information addict and can read/scan for hours, when I find time. It's hard to find models to paint, my daughter who's 13 doesn't like to be painted much and hubby seems to be working all the time. So I 've taken to painting my arm alot and have gotten so much attention I booked my first B-Day party.AHHHHHH!!! this Sat. So am taking the big plunge. From now on It's " Mask Illutions Face & Body Painting by Karen" Thanks for being here I'm sure going to need you.

I've been registered before now but have never done any bloging, facebook... so don't have a clue how to participate and am a very bad speller so when I figure this out you will all have to hope my auto spell check works HeHe!

Hi Shannon are there lots of face painters in GP?? We should get together for coffee/Chat!
Well better go look up tips for birthday parties then practice, practice, practice! Before tomorrow.
