Hi and thanks for sharing your work with us noobs. I am sure that this forum has been half the reason why I have become so immersed in facepainting. And I am also sure this forum has given me so much information that is just priceless and will help me avoid a lot of mistakes. Sure, I'm going to make some, but not as many as I would have if I was doing this on my own.
So thanks... now i must unpack my new set of TAG colours, just arrived today. Planning to split them up into a few combos... I have made a list of what I'd like to achieve, just a couple of strips of colour to allocate.
Then it's time to practice. Lucky me!

Split cakes a success. It took just over half an hour to do them (10+ cakes), the yellow was a little tricky (crumbly), as was the pearl white (soft), but even for a first timer, there was nothing too hard or messy about it. I think planning my colour combos helped. I took some photos, but i should be going to bed, so if I upload them it will be tomorrow.

And I am loving the loew cornell brushes. They really do make a difference.
Now I just need some willing kids to really give my paints a real workout... my legs/arm/face are okay... but... I have a feeling that they aren't half as good as 'the real thing'.
