How do I do a tear drop with Henna?

I tried a few designs today after seen the other posters first attempt. How in the world to I do a tear drop?

You do a tear drop using pressure kind of like you would with a brush only instead of push and lift it is squeeze and drag. Does that make sense? So you squeeze more for the fat part and then pull out for the tail.
