can you post a youtube video for the monthly challenges?

I made a dolphin tutorial earlier this month and would like to enter it in the challenge for June, but don't know how to post a youtube video-is it even possible? Thanks!!

I did. I just hit the "share" button and got the "embed" code and cut and paste it right here in the reply box. It works!
