Thinking of Jammin' in Jacksonville!

I've wanted to start a Jam in Jacksonville, FL for a while. I tried last year, but was too busy w/ life & didn't have a lot of interest. Since then there's been another painter running a jam, but many can't go to hers. I'm thinking of starting up one on a different night. So, my question is, before I get it up & going, who would come & what would be the best night to host it? I'm thing the St. John's Town Center is a good Centralized area for us & also a good area to meet up w/ future potential clients. Thoughts?

I'm thinking Tuesdays or Thursdays 5pm-8pm maybe the 1st or last one of the month.
