My Pikachu

I'd never done a Pikachu before but after two days looking at all the different Pokemon costumes and signage, etc., I have a ton of ideas for different Pokemon face paintings to please all my Pokemon fans.

Ok, I don't know what is cooler..that your painting is on their site, or that you were at the nationals. We are big Pokemon fans at my house, we have thousands of cards, but have never really played. Congrats to you!

Oh you should totally learn the game, a whole new world will open up! It's great for critical thinking, math, classification/organization and memorization skills! We have been in the Pokemon world for about 7 years now and travel all over the country for events, it is SO fun and the tourney's are such fantastic life-lesson learning and friendship/sportsmanship experiences for the kids.

I've never gotten into Pokemon, but I am still a card playing geek.

We have Magic The Gathering Tournaments here. Friday nights my husband, stepson, neighbors and brother in law get together to play. We call it Friday Night Magic!

So I totally know where you are coming from. Great skills in a game to help the noggin'

Lost of math and strategy involved. Similar to chess, you have to plan the whole game from the beginning with what cards you are dealt!

Oh yes, lots of Pokemon fans are also into Magic, they tend to start transitioning around teen years. Our local Pokemon league shares a facility with the local Magic league, I swear they are the NICEST and most intellectual teenagers around! I love to watch them when they do the role playing, reminds me of my old D & D days!

HAHA I have painted some of the guys as their characters. They print out their picture and I do my best to put it on them
