Got Bored and Made These for Grins

The Barbie shoes I ordered from Gilt were a disappointment- so poorly painted. I thought I could do better myself.
My FB friends said i should use them to make jewelry. I used acrylic paint, glitter and nail polish.

lol I do have a few collector Barbies, but I really have a thing for Barbie shoes.

I just love them. They were so treasured when I was a little girl. I tell my parents there must be a hundred of them lost in their house. Or do Barbie shoes go the way of lost odd socks?
