kicked out of forum?
Why do I keep getting kicked out? I have to login every time I come back or click HOME button. Anyone else having this trouble or is this a message to me saying I talk to much?
Re: kicked out of forum?
I've been having that same problem. I thought it was my computer at first. It also happens when I try to get on the forum from my phone.

You may be returning to cached pages where you weren't logged in if you are hitting your back button.
If you are coming back after closing your browser window and you are logged out (with no user name and password on auto-fill), you probably have your history/cookies privacy setting checked so that it clears your passwords and history every time you close your window. It's actually a desireable thing on a shared computer so people can't easily access your email, browser history, etc. It's a pain to re-enter your password but it also clears out your history when you close a window.
If you think you just have too many pages "cached" that are clogging up your browser go to tools/internet options/browsing history and clean out your browsing history then go to the settings page and change it to something reasonable like 250MB so it doesn't cache so many pages and maybe you won't get so many "old" pages popping up.
You might want to bookmark some of your favorites if you are used to using your browser bar to go to the websites because clearing the history does clear out everything. I think it's good to do every once in while and frees up a lot of space.
It's also good to clear out your cookies every once in awhile too. (Write down your passwords!) Cookies are used by companies to track your buying habits and things you may not want. Someone can also look at your cookies and see a lot of the sites you've visited.
I'm not sure if someone has a better idea but I know when I've had problems with shopping carts and losing form data and stuff like that it's been my history/cookies causing trouble.

It's happening to me too. Used to be I'd stay logged in whether I closed browser window or turned off computer or whatever - I'd just be logged in already when I came back to the forum next time. Now it's making me log in all the time same as Taradoodles.

Did it to me as well, even though I was still on my laptop and the tab was still open, came back to it from another tab and it had kicked me out
