Hello from England :)
Hi everyone,
I'm very new to this forum so still trying to find my way around. My name is Jo, and my sister (Katie) and I are planning to start doing face painting for children's parties etc soon.
We both work full time, I'm in publishing and she's in architecture, and her first baby is due on 8th Sept so we are hoping that the face painting will help to enhance her maternity pay a bit.
I have a daughter, Sophia who is 3, and we're hoping to have our second child in the near future so it will also help me out while off work
We decided on face painting as we're both naturally very arty and love anything creative. I have a channel on youtube on which I post make-up tutorials as well as weight-loss vlogs and my digital artwork. I'm latinainglesa on there.
Not sure what else to add, I'm 34 and my sister has just turned 30, we're both huge animal lovers
We are using Snazaroo and Diamond FX paints, struggling to find brushes that we love but practicing every day. We are hoping to 'launch' ourselves later on in the year so could use any advice you have, especially from fellow face-painters in the UK!
We've been watching lots and lots (and lots!!!) of tutorials on youtube which is really helping
My sister has also joined the forum so I expect she will be along to introduce herself soon.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
Jo

Hi,Jo. Welcome from sunny Spain!
Btw I saw some of your videos on YT. ¡Me encantó escuchar algo en español por la red! Mientras, seguiré con mi particular lucha con el inglés para poder comunicarme en este foro...
