Gone split cazy!!

Here are my split cakes. One stokes in girl colours, I will have to work on the boys! I have only started out with the basic colours, now that I have pretty ones I will be painting up a storm.. watch out kids!

So pretty! I love the purples and pink - bet it would make gorgeous roses!

about how many pots of paint did it take you to make all those pretty split cakes?

4 pots in total and then i have the half left to make my basic splits.

Here is my attempt on baking paper with my new split colour. I stuffed the shape a little!! but all in all its pretty at least!

I've never made splits so maybe I'm missing something but how on earth did you get all those from only 4 pots of paint?

I have got a few splits I've made, but some just don't work. The TAG splits need less water is what I'm thinking. I have a hard time getting all the colors to show without mudding up.

All the little splits r from 4 pots total.. 8 halves.. as I have half pots as splits now. I try the color combos 1st and then if they r good.. i cut them up and hello split cake heaven!! I dont need full pots at this stage, as I am only learning and practicing on myslef and kids at home. It gives me more to play with without spending a fortune to get it.. and I have a little bit of time to play around doing it.

I'm in love with the gold/teal/silver split. That would be great for a mermaid mask.

All the colors are great! Is it all TAG? I want the gold
