What other mediums do you dabble in? Acrylics, Canvases, Cakes, Home decore and more... pictures and tips to ooohhh and ahhhh at perhaps??

I'm pretty new here but having fun. I am a photographer by day. I specialize in portraits. Just finished senior season and doing lots of families and newborns right now.

I've done a lot of different crafts but right now in the middle of remodeling/cleaning our family/ craft room. 5 1/2 years ago we had started remodeling my daughters room and I got real sick had to have help even to brush my hair by the time they found out I have RA and by the time I started getting around good my Mother had to have a mastectomy and radiation treatments. She had just finished her treatments and my Dad fell over his oxygen tube going to the kitchen after Thanksgiving and broke his artificial hip and both artificial knees. Went through surgery fine but passed away 7 day's before Christmas. After a few months my Mother got a blood infection and was hospitalized for several weeks then had to go to a nursing home to relearn how to walk. Then my Grandma her mom went in the nursing home and died 7 days after her 97 birthday. By this time downstairs was looking like an episode of Horders not a stopped remodel. Soon will have everything in order again.

Mostly, I write: poetry, lyrics, songs, stories; I am a professional Storyteller I "draw" word pictures - and I lecture (same thing, older audience!)

Mostly painting "Stuff" .... love to paint on rocks! Little bit of cake decorating...but I don't like to do that so much anymore.
