Hi thur! My name's Kiki and I live in VA near Washington D.C.. I'm an animator/media artist by trade, however "the trade" does not like those fresh out of college during this economy! I worked as an Art teacher last year at an elementary school, where I picked up face painting as a hobby... In addition to my other ten thousand hobbies.

Anyway, I've been lurking for a while on the forum, and decided I should probably register! I have my first real gig in a few weekends, volunteering at an autism awareness picnic in NJ. All of your tips have been really helpful! It's good to get an idea of what will be requested the most.
