Very pretty! I like the idea of the paints that last.

Love the rose with thorns (tribal) and the butterfly especially Smile

I have been eying those...what is the clean up and the consitency like? Do you think that they are only good for brushing, or would they lend themselves to sponge work too?

I airbrush, but sometimes, you just want something more, and being able to do something freehand would be great. I am just not that terrific with the airbrush free hand.

They are Beautiful, and your daughter dose rock!
I am curious as to how long it lasts? and dose it come of brushes easy? my daughter wants me to get some to paint on her, and would love to know a bit more about them, your expierience with them - as opposed to manufacturers

I had one on the top of my foot that lasted about 3 days. The ones on my inner arm last about a day or two.

I clean up w/ 91% rubbing alcohol(they call for 99% but I can't find it anywhere).

You put the alcohol in a spray bottle & liberally spray the paints. Then close the lid & wait about 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Then use brushes. I tried to sponge(the butterfly) & the sponge was pretty much ruined after it's 1st use, so I wouldn't recommend sponging.
I rinsed the brushes off between color changes w/ a small cup of rubbing alcohol. I had to really rinse well & make sure not to introduce any dirty water into the paints.
The paint looks & feels different than face paint. It reminds be of the consistency of finger paints, but dries quickly as you paint. I started spritzing the brush & paints regularly to keep the consistency right. Blending isn't easy but layering works great. I also found I didn't want the paint too thick(too many layers) as it will wear off quicker.
It will take some getting used to, but I think will be a plus to my kit.

LOVE TEMPTU!!!

Here are some of my temporary tattoos with it.

The one on the leg is made with Dura Platinium and lasted - according to the model 1˝ week!

I also use Temptu for my makeup, it is amazing when airbrushing foundation and rouge, plus a soft wash of other colours. It blends beautiful, but stays after it has dried. Even for brides.

I just use Isopropyl Alcohol that I get and the local drugstore/Pharmacy, sold to clean spots. It is also great for removing the last from stickers, cleaning keyboard or so.

Don't you just love the tat inks???? Nice job on the designs I really like the rose one.

So far I can say using the ones I have done have lasted 3 days, meaning the colors really begin to wear about the third day. The flower one below I did actually made it for 4 days before the colors really faded.

Hmmmmm that's interesting that you saturate your paints. I guess different brands work different ways. I have the kryolan BIC and I use it just like you would FP I pour just a little out in 2 different lids and I dip my brush and then pic up the color. the 2nd lid with the BIC is to rinse my brush. It takes doesn't take alot to activate them.

Funny thing is although you need either the BIC activator or 99% alcohol to use them......they wipe off/clean up easily with the little alcohol pads you get in the drug store.

Sorry for the middle pic being so big, forgot to resize it

You can get it directly from Temptu.

For the longest lasting:
* clean skin with IPA (isopropyl alcohol)
* Don't powder the skin (some say you should do that first also, but I don't have good results with that)
* Paint thin layers (normally 2-3 layers)
* Powder between the layers
* After last layer, powder again

Thanks. Wasn't sure if that is what they used for tattoos....like glitter tattoos stay on and I kept seeing about airbrush tattoos...and they stay on...etc...
And Lonewolf...I check out your pictures...YOU are one unbelievable great painter...I am WOW'd!
