Thanks for the tip Noella.
Google gave me the following lead: with instructions on how to do it.

But now I'm wondering, where do I buy the cabosil from?

I've first found cabosil used in marine (boat building/repair) - it's used with fiberglass and resin there. I've found it more recently at sculpture supply houses.... Be careful if you get the raw stuff - it's very fine powdery silica - breathing hazard. I buy the cream because then I don't need to worry about wearing masks to mix it in.....

Hmmm... wondering how safe that is for cosmetic application. It is commonly used in the industry? I may try cornflour instead. I have it in my pantry and I am confident it is non-toxic.

Very commonly used - it's only dangerous in it's dry form. It's used because it is inert and doesn't react with the glue.

You can do a similar thing by mixing the glue for hours - it allows it to evaporate without drying out and curing.

Thanks for all the info! I really would like to do custom free hand glitter tattoos. I good with drawing, bad with stencils.
