Banner Layout?

Post by loola on Fri Oct 14, 2011 8:13 am

Hello Hello

I am going to take advantage of the free banner from Vista print to hang off the front of my table. I am aiming for it to be fairly multi functional. I have a lot of future bookings for local bars as well as the odd xmas fair and birthday parties. Therefore I am looking for something that is still child friendly, not too biased to either sex yet will still advertise well to the guys in the bars.

Here is what I've come up with, it's very simple but what do you think? Honestly Smile Obviously the blue box around fabulous faces won't be there as the picture is lifted from the editor

Thanks in advance for any opinions,
Loola x

I would add a phone number, but otherwise I think it's very pretty Very Happy

I agree with Perry; add your phone number ....unless you do business only by your website. Otherwise, it is a very pretty banner and the price is right! geek

Thanks Ladies, I have gone ahead and popped my number on their and plan to add a little business card holder so people can grab a card easily too. Can't be bad for £4 odd Smile

The only thing I would add is that ideally the graphics should be your brushwork!

It is pretty but making it multi-functional is a bit tricky Razz

If you want it to be guy-friendly, I think it's a bit on the girly side. I agree with John - use your own artwork! Pick one guy and one girl face, or girl and animal or something - IMO that would make it more gender neutral than the flowers.

Also, the font is definitely child/fair/birthday friendly, but it's less bar friendly, KWIM? It's young looking if you're trying to cater to the older ages as well.

I do like it! But if you're trying to get more mileage out of it, those are just my thoughts.
