I will be face paintin ON THE RADIO on the 28th

So... this was almost too easy. Last night I was on Facebook, exchanging comments with a local DJ (know him personally as in a former life he sold me my last two Toyotas), he was dissing the Saskatchwan RR fans and their face paint, and I told him that face paint, handled by the right people, was a good thing... one thing led to another...

Next Friday I will be on the air with the Paul & Pike Morning Show on Q99 FM at 8 a.m. face painting two of the station staff live in the studio... Paul and Pike are obviously chickens as they got two of the women there to be my models. I will shame them on air to get painted!! Or try to. I can talk with the best of them so I expect to have some on air FUN!

This is a HUGE promotional opportunity... I can promote my Halloween appointments, Christmas parties, body painting for gala greeters and photo ops, etc.

The timing is good so why not approach your local radio stations? Go through their Facebook pages... it seems to work.

Congrats on this great promotion! I was at store opening last week and the local radio station host was down there and gave us a buzz in that area. Now i'm getting calls from people 2 1/2 hrs away wanting to book me for birthday parties. Hey... at least this town is only 30 mins away from the beach!

I was on the radio during the summer for Balloonapalooza here. The radio guy (whom I had met before) was really great and had me teach him to make a poodle.... he popped it trying to poof the tail. LOL

The unfortunate thing is that no one can see your awesome work over the airwaves.

That is great news Shannon, and in sharing you have just planted a seed with me. Now off to to figure out how to make it take root. I have several stations I can reach out to.

BUT... they can check out the photos on the station's site, FB page, twitter, etc.. and MY site, FB page, blog... and you can bet the addresses for those will be stated over and over!! LOL
