Oscar the grouch and recycling theme ideas?

Does anyone have an Oscar the grouch they wanna share? I am found a "go green" theme bday party. I thought it would be fun to offer black recycling arrows over a rainbow base, a pretty recycling themed tree and Oscar along with my standards. Any others?
