Elantura, I would be more than happy to ship an ice cube holder to you if you really want one. You have lots of friends here. They are only a couple of dollars at Walmart. Would only be a few dollars to ship. Very Happy

martha wrote:Helena, I think your lovely aunt bought you an "Aura" brush (which I lusted after the other day but didn't but because I'd already used my coupon on a double-filbert). Wonder if you could do clouds or leaves with that? What does it do if you drag, wiggle, or double-load it? (Sorry--musings of a shame-faced brushaholic)

I will have to try it and give you a sampling after work! (For some reason they don't like me doing it during work...fussy lot Smile )

Looking forward to it. Always nice to see the potential of a brush before you plunk down hard-earned cash.

Thank you to skjfunny who is sending me an ice cube tray that is so nice of you!!!! this forum is amazing.
and now I have looked up Aura brush and am going to buy one for myself after christmas - LOL
and I envy those who can paint without lots of brushes. you have so much self disipline- seriously I have issues on what to leave behind.
I have only bought another 5 brushes since I started this long ago that is a masive curb in what I normally would so is a good thing the thread helped.
and I have plans for a big brush roll but have to wait untill the kids go back to school and I find the time to make it.

For some reason I have to at least walk down the brush aisle of the craft store even if I can restrain myself enough not to buy any. It's not like I don't know what's there already but I just can't help myself.

I must admit I did come really close to buying more tonight since I had a coupon. I gave my coupons away to other shoppers and left with my will power intact at least for today.

Yay Changing!! I've yet to walk away from the brush aisle without a brush-- but giving away a coupon is a good idea!

Feeling so much better about my brush "habit" since reading this thread. Nice to know I'm not alone with my "problem" lol!
