Hi everyone! My name is Joanne, and I am from Coldwater, Michigan which is in the Southwestern part of the state. I work as an administrative assistant at a Beauty College, had done hair for 25+ years and worked as a makeup artist/operations manager at Joppa Minerals.

I just started face painting about 2 months ago and am now totally hooked! It all started when a lady from my church called me and asked if I would be interested in doing face painting at an outdoor event. I told her I had never done it before but was up for the challenge! Well, she really started something! All I do now in my spare time is practice facepainting and learn more from youtube and this formum. I did my first "paid gig" last weekend and had so much fun! I have another one in 2 weeks! Can't wait!
