Re: Liquid Bling question
Ok I went for the real deal and Oh... sweet Liquid Bling... how did I ever live without you?
A haiku...
Fine sparkly lines
Dimension like no other
My love, Liquid bling
I just hope I don't use it all up playing with it! LOL

Lol, lovely haiku
For some reason, liquid bling is one of those things that has had to grow on me. I didn't even think it looked that great when I first saw it...now I lust after it every time I see it in a design.
I don't have any yet but I'm definitely getting some gold on my next order. Seems that the general consensus is to go for the actual Liquid Bling brand...so I'll keep that in mind.

Re: Liquid Bling question
\I have both, but the liquid bling has been gathering dust for years because of the wicked metal tip that kept getting clogged even with a pin in it and only used it on 12 year olds & up.
I got Mark's prototypes of his Glittermark at his Workshop before he introduced his signature products at FABIAC. I started using them for delicate effects from a safer finer tip. I have six colors that work fine and the watery purple was replaced by the vendor. Since the line is thin it doesn't take that long to dry.

Happy Painting,
Susan
Re: Liquid Bling question
I wish this thread had been around back when I bought my silver Glitter Mark. It's so watery I can't do anything with it. I put it away for a few months but decided to give it another try and it separated out, the liquid from the glitter... and no matter how much I shake it it won't re-mix. TOTAL waste of money.

Call your vendor about the watery GlitterMark. My vendor replaced it, no questions.

I would, but I bought the stuff quite a while ago, if there were a warantee it would definately be expired by now. I'm pretty much just chalking this one up to a learning experience and not planning on buying anymore.

Re: Liquid Bling question
Tilly - replace 'silver' with 'gold' and I could of written your posts myself exactly word for word.
Very disappointing

Re: Liquid Bling question
I know right? I like Mark Reid's brushes, so I thought the Glittermark would be of a comparable quality... Well...you know what they say about assuming....
