My first try

Post by billiebcc on Mon Nov 14, 2011 8:26 pm

So hopefully this will work (cross your fingers folks)
If it does, this is my version of Lightning McQueen...... My son has a sensory disorder, so face painting is a) good O.T. for him and b) good practice in painting for mom as well as patience for mom. ha ha ha....he was extremely wiggly so please excuse the bad lines...I suck at them anyway.

looks good, try placeing your little finger on your 'painting' hand down as a brace, doing that really improves my lines, even on squilly kids, just watchout if you transfer paint to an undesired location (use a baby wipe Very Happy )

Clever, I like your placement very much! I've never even tried to do Lightning on a face, I have enough trouble with the cheek/arm art version. Vehicles are my bane. My son isn't the world's greatest model (also fidgetty and doesn't like people in his face), but now I'm tempted to go bribe him with pocket money until he lets me have a go...

I like it. It looks like a great fast design for little kids. I get requests for Lightning McQueen but have been doing only cheek art. Thanks for sharing.

Very cute(your son is cute too:-)

My son has let me paint him 4 times since I started painting 6 yrs ago(he's 10 now). It's the same w/ the sensory issues.
