Hello From Sunny Arizona!

Hello!
My name is Nichole, aka Nikki. I'm a 24 year old Mom and Wife. I've always been into makeup and am dubbed the unofficial makeup artist of my family/life lol. This past halloween my sister in law asked me to create a Dia de los Muertos face on her, and although it was very much out of my comfort zone, I did it and ended up falling in love! I'm very much new to this face paint world, and it's fun seeing how different it is from the makeup world!

I can't wait to learn more about face painting as it's quickly becoming my new obsession Smile

Welcome! I lived in AZ for 13 years, Gilbert/Mesa area. Now in Michigan. I am fairly new at face painting too, warning...it's very addictive and expensive. My advise/things I have learned so far, find a product line you love and try to stick to that brand, it's better for liability issues. My favorite is Tag. Everything I have tried is wonderful, I especially love the 2 color cakes. Get your basics and as you do more gigs, put back 30% into buying supplies, until you only have to replace what you run out of. Have fun with the forum and visit often!

Hello from Flagstaff! Blowing like a son-of-a-gun here! Wind gusts up to 60mph. But it's 56 degrees and the windows are open tonight blowing the curtains around. Quit nice except I have an outdoor gig tomorrow! ARRG! If you desert dwellers want to come up to the high country, give me a shout and we can meet for coffee!
