teaching advanced Fancy Classes at Starmagic, last lesson...merry X-mas!

Post by michellesfantasyfaces on Wed Nov 23, 2011 7:35 am

I'm teaching these classes 6 weeks and this was the design I wanted my students to recreate in class..it contains all elements I tought them last week..(they already learned, but had to practice again)..it's an asymmetrical mask

next week they will do a butterfly in two ways, then an elaborate princess (or fantasy) crown, then a symmetrical kind of mardi gras mask and in the final class they get to make their own design

I'd love being there... Crying or Very sad So jealous of your students. Love the mask (I specially like the central swirl that drops along the nose (if that makes sense)). Please, post pics of your next designs. I can't attend to your classes but at least I'll see the result.

Nope, my real name is PILAR. It's a very typical Spanish name. My Holy Day is a National Festivity (October 12th, it's also the day when Columbus reached America, a very celebrated day in Spain). The end "ETA" is a household and affectionate diminutive. I wish it meant "butterfly"!! The Spanish word for "butterfly" is "MARIPOSA". And here ends today's Spanish lesson, guys Laughing
