Re: Some first tries...
Just jump in, the speed will come. You practice, and practice, and at some point, you will find that you have to practice speed...at least that is how it was for me. I was practicing being perfect (slow) and it was not until I had a line that I had to get it in gear and start to pick up the speed. It happens, so don't stress. Really, it is not as speedy as you think, you need to be doing 10 to 12 an hour on average. If you can do more, of course, you can make more at a pay per face, but if you get to 10 to 12 and maintain your quality, that is the first big goal. Then, you will always be trying to best yourself, create new things, better your lines, make things faster, find more color...it is never boring! The best job in the word! You are doing a teriffic one!
