Lynne McKay Workshops, Dec 4 & 5th in Woodbridge, Va

Lynne McKay will be coming to the Old Country Buffet, Woodbridge, Va to teach two workshops Dec 4th and 5th.

Dec 4th will be a full day, 10-4pm, hands on painting workshop which will be geared towards intermediate painters. $100. Jam to follow, 6-9pm. Meal purchased at the door in the Old Country Buffet includes Lunch & Dinner, with endless drinks. Class will be held at the Banquet Room.

Lynne will hold a half day Business and Motivational class Dec 5th, 6-9pm $65. She will share experiences with you and will be ready to pass on postive vibes to ensure that you do the best that you can for yourself and your business. There will be 12 spots available for each Workshop, so register before those spaces fill up!

About Lynne;
With over 10 years of experience in Face and Body Painting, Lynne has painted thousands of designs on all age groups of people and for many different occasions and events. From face painting butterflys and monsters for children's birthday parties advancing to full body painting for photoshoots. Lynne began face painting in Scotland and now travels internationally to work and share her skills.

Successfully working in the UK for 7 years, Lynne held annual contracts with some big names, Audi Centres Scotland, G1 Group, Chiquitos, Capital Shopping Centres, and many many more. In early 2009, Lynne was invited to demonstrate at the FACE Fun Day in Scotland, following this she was invited to teach some face painting workshops in the USA. In the early summer months of 2009 Lynne then moved to the Spanish Balearic Island of Ibiza. Lynne's success as a face and body painter on the Island has been pheonomenal!

Being hired within 24 hours of arrival on the Island by The Zoo Project as Head Make Up Artist, and Manager of Face & Body Painters was the beginning of some amazing experiences. *The Zoo Project is a huge open air day-time event, held twice a week for the duration of the summer season. Other clients on the Island include: Judgement Sunday, Warung, GLAS, Garlands, SNP, Calcutta, and the prestigious Supermartxe. Lynne is regularly hired privately by various clients and by performers at many different venues including; The Blue Marlin and Kumarahs Beach Bar. Whilst working as Head Make Up Artist at SNP, Privilege (The world's largest club) she had the honour of working with the support acts during The Faithless live gig in August 2010. Additionally providing make up to be used on billboards, posters and flyers for advertisement around the Island for SNP. It's fair to say Lynne has definitely made her mark on the Island!

Other credits to European gigs include, the Fly BerMuDa Festival in Berlin, Germany 2010. Christmas events in the ski resort St Anton, Austria 2009. During winter 2011, Lynne will be travelling Canada and The USA, sharing her skills at various workshops. Looking ahead, 2012 is already looking positive for Lynne having been invited to teach at the FACE Conference in Cambridge, England in March.
