Life can be just SO busy

Hey guys... Whew! Christmas time is BUSY! GREAT! but whoa talk about needing some good organizational skills... It's not only the face painting but everything else in between. Kids camps..appointments..painting parents bathroon/toilet,stocking up their wood pile and helping my precious dad get his brand new computer going(saving all his photos took 3 hours on his out moded dino comp!) and let him know that change is a good thing. I have a belly paint on Tues,,Day care gig on Wed,,Taking my boy and his mates to camp on Thurs then taking my boy to hospital for his heart condition,,picking up kids from camp on Fri and more facepaint work in the afternoon..followed by a festival on Sat..And my sons 8th birthday on Sun afternoon...I wont even go into next week! Dont forget the housework! HA..We are also in the middle of renovating our boys bedroom so that I can use the sleep out as my studio..Amazingly I am quite peaceful,,A little tight in the shoulders but all in all I love where this is heading.I am really looking forward to some holiday time with my awesome family who have been my biggest supporters ever....Oh bother..I have to bake some cakes and cupcakes to put in the freezer for my sons birthday as well..
AND i really want some time to get my Christmas design board ready!! HAHA Thanks for reading my blahing...AHHH I feel much better.

Thanks Psalm...I have been enjoying all the take times I can...Thanks for your prayers..He had a bad turn recently and I really feel for my little man, He is getting to the point where he cannot participate in a lot of active activities. I am really glad I have given up lookn after others children so I can spend more time doing the things he likes,,photography and music.Time is precious is'nt it.

My boy is doing really good, We just have to watch his activity level..So I have to rope down an almost eight year old boy..lol. Nah he is pretty clever at knowng how much he can do....As for being busy!! I am not even going into next week..Bring on the Christmas holidays!! Sprinting to the finish line.

LOL! I'm there with you! My problem is I keep getting added onto. My son was helping by cleaning all the windows for Christmas $. We have those windows that tilt into the house so you can wash the outside without going outside. The window in his room tilted right off the frame & broke(no one was hurt, Praise God!). Now I have a $200 window replacement... Then the washering machine broke, so I haven't done laundry for a week(5 kids!) Praise God, it's under warranty, but had to wait till today for the tech to come out... I'm finishing up homeschool for my 18 yr old. Graduation is a full time job (getting a drivers licence, finding her a car, SAT, ACT, college searches, scholarship applications, etc...).

LOL! I'm rambling...

Why is it when one thing breaks then the whole house thinks it can get in on the act...Argh..thank God your boy was'nt cut to shreds and I'm glad your washer was still under Warranty..That will be one big mama load of washing.

I dont blame you for rambling thats a whole heaps of stuff to get done..What does your 18 yr old want to do with their life now?

She wants to be a journalist, artist, school teacher, social worker that does full time missions while designing clothes & writing comics

She'll start w/ the basic courses till she can make a decision...

Psalmbook wish I could get my 19 year old as motivated as your kids. Last year she wanted to be a CSI but couldn't handle some of the college classes. Now she's thinking about cosmetology school but even having trouble getting her to study her drivers book so I can teach her to drive.

LOL, my 24 yr old is the same way. She did graduate college finally, but really picked a career choice where she'll need to become a professor & teach. It's been hard getting her to leave her movie theater job that she's had since she was 16 & go to grad school(yes, she's still living at home).

My other kids are much more motivated.
