Show me the masks!

Post by tamarielpaints on Wed Nov 30, 2011 4:04 pm

It's been awhile since we've had a 'masks' thread with some new ideas. Yes, we already have mask threads if you do a search, but with the new avatars and x-mas designs going up everywhere I was wondering if anyone has anything new, simple, and stunning that they want to brag about share.

I am offering my avitar as a "snowflake special" priced it a dollar more than my regular full faces, but two dollars less than my bling masks. I got a deal on the bling for that one...so I hope it will do well on Saturday, and I will get faster doing it over and over. It is tag pearl blue and pearl white, wolfe white, and bling.

Also made up some gift certificates...a 10 kid party for 50 bucks (about 25 off my regular party price) hope they sell too.

Is it possible to see a larger picture of your avatar? It's awesome, but I didn't realize it was bling at first (time to visit the eye doctor apparently).

Here's my favorite mask to do. I change up the colors and the item in the middle to suit different themes. Airplane, heart, shark, star, unicorn... Depending on the amount of time, you can leave it with just the white linework, or you go over it with a darker shade and add liquid bling to make it stand out more.

I LOVE masks! I'm trying to come up with a holiday one, maybe I'll do that sometime this week. This is one I entered in a contest once upon a time...
It's more of a masquerade mask though.

Are the snowflakes bling or just the centers? It's SUPREMELY cool!

I need to post some mask ideas. Shame on me for starting a thread and not uploading anything from my camera...

Yes, the snowflakes are bling, they come in a pack of half silver, half white. Got them at Michael's for 40% off, and had a couple of my kids with me...so, got three packs. and took my husband and got more.

I love the crisscross pattern on that mask, Whitney! Stacia... the little fine lines around the outside look really neat on yours too. Thanks for sharing ladies!

Ditto what Kat said. I'm loving the "fishnet" crosshatching look.

Hi all, I'm new to the forum, new to FP and attempting my first post (why do I feel sick on my stomach??).

Here's my mask done with Sea Sparkle arty brush cake.
