How In the world do I pay?

Okay, so Im about to Purchase some paints from the forum & a little box pops out & it says "what is paypal" & that't it! It doesn't say pay here or credit card #... NOTHING! What am I doing wrong? Help! Help Help!

Tuli, the shop should redirect you to the paypal page to pay. Do you have safety settings on your web browser set so that this page can't open another window?

Nothing comes out, Just the box with shipping address, billing address, etc & when I clicked the "proceed" button this comes out... "We will hold your order until payment has been fully funded and processed through the PayPal website. Orders not funded are subject to cancellation." & its my lap top, my own internet! Ahhh!
