Hi from Brisbane
Hi!, I'm really new to face painting. Have always been interested in it and even helped out at a school fair or two many years ago. Since then life has kinda taken over.
On a whim the other day I brought some Derivan paint and have been having a blast working it all out. I now know, after reading around here, that I probably would have been better off with something a bit different. I am now drooling over the TAG one stroke (I think they are called)
I'm hoping in the future to be good enough to make a business out of it, but for now my daughters and their friends and being my willing models.
I'm am going to look through here but if anyone can point out some beginners books that help with technique as well as some awesome ideas, that would be appreciated. I only have my phone for internet at the moment as my computer is broken so I'm probably going to be a bit slow around here.

Hello and welcome. Tag is a pretty awsome paint as is wolfe and DFX. Lucky for us Metina sells them all in the FPFS.
The wolfe brothers have a great book to use as a referance (extreme facepainting) I got mine from amazon for about 15 bucks. I'm not sure if metina sells it. HTH!
