Funny things you hear in your line...

Yesterday, I had two long gigs, painted all day (if only every day was like that ) So, I am painting away and I hear a mom talking to her son...and she says..."you can't be a Shepherd as Two face"

What have you heard in your line?

That's funny! I can't think of anything funny I have heard. I will have to pay closer attention.

Boy-momma look at the pretty swirls I want them!
Mom- hun Thats for girls
Boy- if I don't get them ill yell!
Mom- ugh Okay!
In my head- Really?

I know me too! I mean I usually tell parents to let the kid choose, but swirls? How about tribal lines?

I love it when the girls want the scull or a zombie face...mom gets totally freaked becuse the girl wanted blood and guts. Oh well...

If you have an event coming up, I sold this mask 20 times over by calling it the "Snowflake Special" and I priced it a dollar less than my regular bling maks, but it was more than just a face painting, and it sold like crazy. I am so lucky when ever I can get my daughter to let me paint her...she wears it well!

I did a party where all the pre-teen boys wanted a unicorn on one eye and a butterfly on the other. They had formed a club of sorts, and were joking in line all about how they were going to be the "uni-butts".

That almost qualifies as a design all it's own.... offer the boys an angry "Uni-butt" and paint a butterfly with an angry looking unicorn for the butterfly head!!!!

Ot tag pearl blue and tag pearl white l!izzy. I have having a little love afair with tag pearls...

I painted a 25yr old guy as a puppy with tongue hanging out too! And he swaggered away saying " I'm gonna get some ruff tonight." I couldn't stop laughing, yes he was out drinking with his buddies & they all ended up coming & getting painted. I certainly had so many giggles that night.

This may not seem funny but I heard a grandma say to their grandchild, "oh you talk as much as your mother!"..oh dear!
