Painted a christmas party friday night!

Hi everyone

So friday night I was having fun! Not only was I facepainting at the party but also attending! Weird? Not really 'cause the party was at my job and the people I painted were my colleagues

Everybody were asked to provide some sort of entertainment (speach, write a song, something fun and entertaining) and I said: "Hey, how about some facepainting?"

They all LOVED IT! Some of them had actually never tried to be painted before not even when they were kids! It was a HUGE succes and I got so many wonderful pictures.

I work as a danish signlanguage interpreter so most of my colleagues are women which means I painted a lot of pretty eye-designs.


I'd brought an inspiration folder but many just wanted me to improvise and that was great practice!

Fun, but also now your co-workers can actually have a "feel" for what you do. So different than seeing you do it, but to wear your lovely art and for each of them to receive compliments all night on how wonderful they look.
It may seem small but this will actually be a big step ahead for others saw the lovely ladies as they headed home.

You're a Danish sign language interpreter? That is so cool! I loooooooved Denmark when we visited there and I'm fluent in American Sign Language.

lizzie: last picture is me Painted at home before I went to the party. I used a #2 round Loew Cornell with very little pressure. Takes some practice and I also love the very delicate and detailed style

Gina: cool! Do you have deaf relatives since you're fluent in ASL? I chose to become an DSL interpreter because I thought it was such a beautiful language. I don't have any deaf family og friends.

Denise: yup! The santa hottie! Only guy at the party (think we have aprox 5 men working at the office) and of course he wanted something a little naughty
