Any SBS painting real looking teeth/mouths?

I've seen alot of designs done that look like real mouths with teeth showing, only bigger than normal, but have no idea how to go about it. Does anyone have a step by step for these?

I have the Wolfe Brothers Extreme book from last yr and it helped a ton!

I love doing teeth! It's probably my favorite thing to paint. I need to start doing more designs using the teeth. I've seen a pirate before, but haven't tried it.

Wow, those are so awesome!! I tried doing a few designs with teeth over Halloween but I wasn't happy with any of them...I guess I need a book or some youtube time on that!
