Quick Oriental designs?

I'm planning on doing a gig at the end of January and the theme is the Orient. There are going to be about 400 women there and it'll only last about 2 1/2 hours. I would love to have some ideas for some quick designs that would be good for women. All I can think of is cherry blossom trees ... Help!

I don't need to do all the 400 women, but I'd like to get all of them that want it.

Bonsai trees, Koi, Maybe some symbols that mean love, peace, etc?

Hi, the kabuki brush comes from I belive the chinese opera (my husband told me that a few weeks ago) so I googled Kabuki masks. and also I remember having a converation with him about there demon called Yaoguai masks things. of course samuri and ninjas. and Oriental flower masks.

I know that Koi fish is a symbol of the strength, courage and patience. in Chinese legend, a carp that climbed up waterfalls was turned into a dragon. why you sometimes see transitions in tattoos.

Fenghuang - chinese pheonix- usually pictured with red/orangish peacock feathers for a tail - but I dont know why.

He used to know people who were in chinese opera years ago - half the time I nod and look interested. I am certain he dose that back to me at times so its ok

These are all great ideas! Do any of you have any photos of Oriental (sorry Psalmbook, that's the theme of the night face painting designs that you can put up here? I've checked out the Lisa Joy Young one and that's great and I'll probably use it. I've only been in the business for a year and haven't had a request quite like this one ... I'm hoping to impress so that I can get more business. Thanks!
