Do you like the snow or not?

Some have been very vocal about not liking the snow. I love it and it has really helped to brighten my spirits this holiday season, but I don't want to keep anyone from the forum. Thanks!

I love it, HOWEVER, as someone who also runs a forum with different subject matter, if it is casuing technical issues for users, I'd rather have it turned off so people can access the forum and share.

And Metina, know that everyone here loves and appreciates you for making this forum available!

I don't have technical issue, but I am dyslexic and it messes with my traking issues on reading....But so many things do that and I am used to that with life.
and I kind of like it despite that.

No matter how much I personally might like it and think it cute, my computer does *not* like it. In order to view the forum right now with the falling snow I need to reboot, turn off parts of my browser, then read the forum, then after leaving the site and reboot and turn on parts again. I normally go a week or more without rebooting (due to how I work on the computer). I've not been reading very often.....

I love snow, but on this site it is extremely annoying and I find I don't read all that I would like because it bothers me so. Does this mean it is up for all winter or just the Holidays? Just saying if it causes problems for computers and people why would you keep it?

HATE IT! Reminds me of the Shining and cabin fever! and driving in it stinks too.

I love this forum and read it everyday, but I can't say I like the snowflakes because when I'm trying to read posts (especially long posts) they really distract me. There just seems to be a LOT of snowflakes on the screen after a while...maybe because I have a small screen? I'm not sure. Sorry to whine about it though! Maybe you could leave the snow out of the actual threads and just have it on the home page or something?

I love the forum no matter what (I wish I had more time to hang out on here). I can take or leave the snow, but I think my computer is slowing down a bit from it. Reguardless, Metina, I love that you created this forum for all of us!!!! Thank you & Merry Christmas!!! Now... if it would only snow for real in FL:-)

I like it until it gets to the place I'm trying to read. If it could fall behind the posts, that would be fine.
Meanwhile, skjfunny, bright blue font on a gray field is very trying for the eyes to focus. Maybe you should just let the font stay white. Just a recommendation. It was actually painful to try to read your comment. I almost just skipped it, but I'm nosy, and didn't want to miss anything, lol!

Hi Metina, I hope you didn't take my comment on a previews thread seriously, I hate real snow, this one does not bother me at all, maybe because is cute and also because I don't have to shovel it hahaha!
