oh my!! im 30!!!

Today, im 30
My oh my
How the years
Have hurtled by
Left my twenties
Way behind
Will my thirties
Be so kind?
It's getting harder and harder
To hold the tum in
No time for the gym,
Trying to stay thin
Getting all dolled up
For a special night out
Gets harder, takes longer
What's that all about?
A night out with the girls
Was a regular date
Now it has to be planned
And i still end up late
The days when time
Was just for myself
Now have to be shared
With others too...

is it really that scary to be 30 ???

Thirty is the best! You're beyond the immaturity of your 20's but haven't lost your looks Very Happy But.... I'm lovin' my 40's (I think they're the new 30's).

I found it very hard to belive your almost 40 Jody- I did a double take. Then I did a double take of everyone else. wow you all look great!!!!!

and 30 isn't so bad just sort of comes as a shock at the beginning, then you kind of mellow into it Very Happy

Very Happy Happy Birthday.. I love being 30,, It almost feels like a real woman age, if that makes sense. Very comfortable in my thirties,, and if 40's is the new 30's then 30's must be the new 20's
