rainy days with cancelations how I filled my time.

The rose is a cross between pashurs and and ones out of Tattoo Johnny basically the middle is swirled and scripted instead I love pashurs but I like a little swirl too. and roses come with petals in 2 3 5 and 7 (sugar art) so his 6 petal one got to that part of me that has been doing sugar art for 20 years and was screamming noooooo -LOL
but the colouring is his. leaves were rushed and agian tattoo johny style wanted pashur style but out of time to blend so just went with simple his embellishments though.
the skull I have been broswing deviant art to find a simple one got it from a how to draw thing there and addapted it
the first design I was messing around with flow wasn't happy, but had instructions for a small purple butterfly and pink/white flowers.

the second and third are mainly inspired by Annie Renolds and her daughter as I love her wispness (is that a word) and and some pashur lines thrown in to mix it up ... I really wanted to use one stokes as the base as neither of them do. and throw in some dots to break it up and make it less black tear drop near nose I have been messing with since october that started as a mistake on a job that I liked.. another phase

well ok, glad i asked! Just went and checked out Tattoo Johnny - yay, is midnight too late to crack out my paints?? hehehe come to think of it....much much later for you!!

wrapping presents-LOL and starting on christmas dinner.belive it or not.

I am slightly OCD on petals and roses, it seemed so hypocritical to teach cake decorators the 2,3,5,7 rule and not apply it in other mediums - I would cope it from a few of the guild member sugar artists- if they ever found out. to anyone else do what you like.

What pashur did teach me is how to do it very fast. It used to take ages before trying to do any style tattoo rose. and that is worth the class. as it is now achivable in general painting and if you want to know how you have to pay him (no SBS aloud!!!)

and as for his lines I got them before -which made the class easyier and let me get more out of it. as I watched him on FABATV - I love that place. I spend ages there watching how peoples hands move sounds silly. but I learn quick that way. it is hard not to get destracted by the wow of the designs though.

Almost out of sticky tape and making yorkshire puddings - now sigh.
