Kara,
Be ever so careful of posting company logos a lot of them are VERY proprietary.

I took a class with Nick and Brian Wolfe and asked them about logos. They said that in court, its really hard for companies to fight. Basically, it's not worth their time if all you're doing is selling small face paints with these logos. It's different if you are making a huge profit or selling a real item. The thing is that face paint washes off. It isn't forever. Marvel can't stop you from painting a Spidey face, but they can stop you from making a how-to in a book on how to paint a Spidey face without a license.

Re: Designs 4 Teenage Boys!!!
black wash is basically black with alot of water to wash it out. how I do mine may be different to how others do theres . I acctually put paint on the lid of my black add water till it is desired colour and swish it all over the lid and let the lid dry out completly. and then all it takes is a spray on the job to have a washed out black.
I have also done it on my hand.
If however you are not comfortable with this, drybrushing will work too.
Basically dry out brush on a paper towel until hardly any colour remains.
or try paradise black with no water added, for this.
I honestly chose to blackwash as I was trying to do it quick before the local shops shut, and the paradise black was burried in my kit which was away for christmas and the black, white and split cakes were at hand - in the fridge.
The basket weave I have never seen anyone do in face painting I can't even find it done in painting. haven't looked that hard though, only a few google pages worth. mabye it has a different name for a tutorial??? but it comes from years of doing it and teaching it in sugar art with icing sugar. have crossed over a few things now.
also some quick one stroke dragon armbands the grey one very quick , purple a little longer I end up doing this or barbed wire mostly.

I love your dragon linda
I would love to practice
I am only good with chinese dragon style right now - Europian dragons are a work in progress. having wing issues, which I really want to add to a dragon body type like yours if possible.
there is a sbs for the head i basically use in
http://www.facepaintforum.com/t7494p15-post-submissions-here
and although I have changed to body and stomach for arm band bit and because I never seem to do the same thing for too long - LOL

Re: Designs 4 Teenage Boys!!!
Dragons are popular, but my most popular is by far the Monster logo. It's super easy and quick too.

you know honestly, untill this thread I never would have thought that logos would be popular. never occoured to me.
and I lack variety on arms i.e armbands, dragons, sporting balls of some sort and wounds - lost after that
I am going to have to find out what logos australian tenagers like.
