A Fun Little Challenge: Paint something w/ Your Off Hand

I thought it was great seeing what Michelle had painted w/ her left hand & I had fun trying out some left handed painting. So... Lets see what the rest of us can do. Now if your a lefty, do it w/ your right hand

Oh, come on! Did you do it with your left hand??!! How did you get those amazing thin black lines? I can't do them even with my right hand! I have definitely to try it!

If I could only paint like that with my right!!! Lol... Funny thing is that when I paint my nails with my left they come out better!!!! Ima have to try to fp with my left! Who knows!

Ok never acctually painted somthing ad in a design will try that when I feel a little better but do this sort of thing as (practice swirls and curls) I had alot of trouble taking the picture. and the swirls are what I have been struggling with on lefty so not the best.

How'd I get the lines so thin you ask? I used a very thin round brush

I got to thinking how henna artists do both hands without a problem & decided I needed to get better w/ my left hand.

OK, No chickening out!!! lets see your off handed work(and I'm not taking about "Off Handed Humor ).

Those are incredible - great line (and dot) control with the 'other' hand!

I surprised myself!! Kinda frustrating because my hand isn't "trained" so I really had to think about it, but it's not terrible. On a side note... I bought the camouflage brush and I'm in love with it!!

lol. Just compared mine to Linda's. Sigh. I don't have the patience to add all of that detail with my left hand!! 3 minutes and I'm done...

I think it is amazing for an off hand effort. I only can do a lillte linework the whole - any other brush than no 4 round scares the heck out of me. and you guys are doing actual designs. I think I will eventually have to have a go at one stroke. but the head logistics seems a little baffling!

Linda I saw your post while I was working at a day care and had to give it another try (I will see if I can find try #1)
it was nap time so I was painting in the dark but a fun challenge

well I found it but the photo thing isn't working right now so I will try later
